The staff at this store were very friendly and helpful. I placed an order and was told it would arrive in 3 weeks time to be picked up at store. Much to my surprise, the order arrived after only one week,I was advised by e-mail that my order was at the store and ready for pick-up. A good customer experience for me,and I certainly wouldn`t hesitate to shop there again.

Really friendly and super helpful staff - Helen, Vicky, Eden and the rest of the team. Great selection of furniture, most of which I understand is Canadian made, as well as home accessories. If you're in the market for drapes it's worth a visit. A pleasure to shop at this store.

Many years ago when we bought our first house we furnished our living room entirely from Urban Barn and were very happy. 12 years later and all the furniture was still in great shape but after moving to a new space we needed to re-design our living room. We looked at many stores and could find nothing we liked and then remembered our success with Urban Barn last time so we went back (even though we no longer lived nearby). Once again we found all that we needed in one store. Immediately I was helped by Helen who was very knowledgeable in design. She suggested I come back with pictures and measurements so she could better help me. We have an odd shaped room and were having trouble figuring out the best arrangement of furniture to fit the space. She spent lots of time with me, giving me ideas and suggestions. In the end we did not get what we were planning to get up-front but fully furnished our living room in a different way and are very happy with the final outcome. Our home is transformed. We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend the Leaside Urban Barn location and specifically Helen.

We love our new living room chair. The low arms allow for a new reading chair and just lovely for relaxing. Guests have noticed right away when they arrive how spacious the chair is and comfortable. Thank you Urban Barn!
