We needed a very large sectional sofa with sofa bed and stumbled upon Sofa Country. So happy we did. We picked the fabric, the size and the layout and the price was much lower than the big box store nearby, and without any of the pressure. Our sofa was made and delivered on time. This was 2016 and two years later, we noticed some of the fabric pulling slightly at the seams. Cesare was responsive and helpful and had the affected cushions re-upholstered. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend this store. I found there was no pushing to sell, sell, sell. No rush of people greeting one at the door to get commission and give the "sales pitch". The attention to detail to individual need is excellent and at no extra charge, custom alterations are accommodated . Communication was excellent and additional questions were answered promptly. Delivery team excellent.

Custom Built Sectional, picked my own fabric, picked the firmness of the foam, & measured the room for the fit. So successful I had 1 made for my Florida Home. Thanks Sofa Country

Sales staff pleasant; don't expect your goods as promised. In a few days it will be ONE YEAR that I have been waiting for the couch I ordered. Couch #1 delivered months late/missing pieces/ fabric running wrong direction. They offered to remake. Great right..wrong! Couch #2 months late, arrived again with missing pieces. Still unresolved. Phone messages rarely returned, email messages not returned. I truly wanted to support an independent family run business. BEWARE. AVOID. SHAME ON THEM!
