After visiting a few hot tub speciality stores, we stumbled upon Backyard Retreat and would like to thank Bjorn and Will for patiently guiding us through our first hot tub purchase. We had many questions before buying our hot tub. Bjorn and Will spent a long time with us answering our questions, describing available options and listening to our needs. We visited the store a number of times and each and every time we felt welcomed. We never felt in a rush to finalize a deal or pressured into purchasing options or packages that did not meet our personal needs. Their patience, friendly manner, fair pricing and experience helped to make our major purchase less intimidating and stressful. We have had the tub for a few weeks and thoroughly enjoy the quality of the product, the seamless installation and the fact that everyone at Backyard Retreat are there to answer our questions. We especially appreciated the home visit from Will to ensure that we were using our tub properly and how he walked us through the care and maintenance requirements of the tub. We will continue to buy all of our hot tub chemicals and products from Backyard Retreat. We trust their service and highly recommend shopping at the Oakville store for excellent customer service, product knowledge and new hot tub owner support!

Ive been looking for over a year to finally renovate my backyard when i was recommended from a friend to go see Will at backyard retreat. The reason I'm doing this review is if there is anyone out there looking for a company that takes sincere pride in customer service, it's this place. Will and his staff are nothing short of excellent. Their knowledge and customer service is unparalleled. They take the time to make sure you get what you want and they're always a phone call or an email away even after hours. Just come to this place and don't bother with any others. You won't regret it.

We have had our Hydropool hot tub for 5 years and i would normally not write a review but we have been very satisfied with this product which we run all year. We also have continued to use Backyard Retreat since we bought the hot tube and have always got great service and advice from all the staff and especially Nick. Our hot tube still looks new. We are now changing the insulated cover after 5 years which I think is reasonable considering the winters we have had.

I don't usually write reviews but the customer service at Backyard Retreat is amazing and this review is well deserved. I am beyond happy with my backyard design which includes pool, landscaping and patio furniture. Preston was always quick to respond to all my questions and concerns via email (and I had A LOT of questions) and she always made me feel at ease. The fact that Backyard Retreat is a small business made me feel valued compared to a bigger chain. I highly recommend this company!
