My experience dealing with Orangeville Flowers was beyond frustrating. In May, I was ordering flowers for our wedding and decided to order from Orangeville Flowers as they were a local vendor to our wedding venue and had competitive prices to the other vendors I compared. I requested quotes three times; first time over the phone, second time in person, and the final time over the phone to confirm the order. When receiving the pricing while confirming my order, the prices suddenly increased and I was told I was wrong, although I had wrote down the cost twice when I enquired earlier. I was dealing eith Joanne who was very rude and not helpful and it was extremely difficult to get a formal, written quote. Finally when I did, I paid for my deposit but then they forgot to add in the cost for another variety of flower I was ordering, so now the costs were more than quoted, again. At this point I was done with Orangeville Flowers. I fought to get a refund on my credit card. Thankfully I got my deposit back and ordered from Bradford Greenhouses in Barrie. Terrible experience, customer service was horrible, and when I booked an appointment for a consultation, it was FAR from it. I was told to go on GOOGLE! What's the point of booking an appointment, driving all the way to their location, and being told to Google flowers? Really?! I gave them two stars for their lovely flowers but overall a low rating for their lousy and poor customer service. If you're going to expect customers to pay premium prices, your level of customer service should align with the high prices.

People who work there are EXTREMELY IGNORANT AND USELESS.. I would highly recommend NOT going there.. PATHETIC EMPLOYEES

I have never been to Orangeville Flowers but I have unfortunately been on the receiving end of them. Their delivery person called us early Saturday but we missed the call and called back soon after (left a message) - our call was never returned Saturday. We called again Sunday, again no call back. Finally Monday they called to say they would come that evening. Monday evening they called and said they couldn't make it. We're hoping at this point that they show up today (Tuesday) considering someone was nice enough to think of my husband on the anniversary of his father's passing and have flowers delivered to him, which we still have not received over 3 days later. Very unprofessional and just added more distress to an already difficult time. Hopefully whoever had them delivered will get some kind of refund considering they were not even close to being delivered on time...we would like to thank them for thinking of us, but we don't know who they're from since they haven't been delivered. Thanks Orangeville Flowers.
