My battery light came on. I called around and no one could get me in. I called the Canadian Tire Prescott store and Ken the manager got me in. Well it went into the next day as they were waiting for a part. They whole team worked on my car throughout the day to get it done. At the end it was Mike Gulley who stayed after his shift ended just to finish my car and get all paperwork done. Thank you Mike Gulley you are the best. Just amazing customer service.

The staff has always been kind and polite. Well maintained. They allow your dog in the store which is nice! Pretty decent inventory for a small store.

Always helpful. Use their propane service a lot. Have had many things delivered to the cottage by Prescott Canadian Tire. Keep a good selection of product for a small store!

Had to find a generator due to power outage after tornado. Tried Kenptville store first since they were closer to Nepean. No luck there. Called Prescott store and dealt with a very helpful lady who put one aside for me and then made sure I had everything I needed as well as helping me load it in truck. Very impressed with service.
