Had new winter tires to be installed. Couldn't find my tires. Couldn't find my appt. Finally found tires. John was great to get me worked in to get them installed. Thank you.

Happy that I was able to get what I needed. A quicker response to checking out would have nice.

Understocked, unorganized, and you would think understaffed, based on the only one till that is ever open until the line backs up to the automotive counter. Isles are probably wide enough for a famished child to squeeze through sideways. Worth the hour drive to Port Elgin and back, since it'll probably take you that long to get out of there with what you came for. Seems to at least have friendlier staff in the last year or so.

This is my first negative review for any business. I had booked my winter tire change over the May long weekend, to switch back to all seasons. I waited in store for 2 hours, and then was finally told they could not find my lug nut key. They had not put it back in the car when tires were changed in the fall. They understood that it was their error, but did not have a key in store to open the locks. They told me they may have to order a new one from Nissan. The attendant was putting a note on the computer for someone to follow up during the week as it was Sunday. I left with my winter tires still on. Three weeks later, we have dropped in (the person who “might know” is never on hand) and we’ve made follow-up calls, but nobody has ordered a new key or bothered to call us even once. It is nearly June and I still have winters on. Called service again tonight, but they still have no idea whether any employee has followed up in any way. I will have to now drive to the nearest Nissan dealer (1 1/2 hrs from here), and replace the key and or nuts at cost to me. I am glad that I didn’t find this out on the side of the road, but seriously inconvenienced and I will be out of pocket for going to this store for tires of all things. I feel irritated that Canadian tire has made no effort to reconcile or follow-up. We can’t keep chasing them until winter comes. My family will not get any service done there in future if they can’t be responsible to fix their mistakes. I would strongly recommend against using their automotive service at this location. It was a simple tire change for goodness sakes.

Poorly organized. Isles full of pointless junk. Never have anything in stock. Most of the staff are helpful but hands down worst Canadian Tire
