This is my experience with this place. Two months ago, I bought 2 box beds (King and Queen), as my basement entrance was narrow, they made it in pieces (4 boxes for king and 3 for queen). Their guys assembled all after delivering in rooms. Then in December, I needed a sectional for living area, I went with my dimensions and Jerry sit with me and planed it up to inches. They delivered it to my place in time for holidays and it looks great. What I experienced is that these guys gave me right advice, assisted me with my floor plan to make each piece fit, delivered stuff on time and assembled it. Just want to say it loud!!!!!

Just bought a 3pc Sofa Reclining Chocolate Brown Leather set, "So Excited" it was between this place and badboys, the sales staff today here were professional and respectful but i dealth with Saini. He took care of all my furniture needs at a attractive price, overall great experience. Will update if any issues between now and delivery, but i know there won't will be a problem with Saini Customer Service skills. Thanks guys P.s i have been coming here for years, even when United Furniture was running the show nothing but the best prices & staff.

I find very intimidating to go to other furniture stores in this unit due to this store. The salesman stays outside and begs you to go in like "sir, ma'm". A buyer should have the freedom to choose the store they want to go. Not forced. After their nuesense we decided to go in to see. Then a guy started to follow us, again another way of intimidation, and he was the man whom we saw outside smoking, I first thoughtthis was some random guy standing outside, then to my realization he is a salesman. Isn't there a law in Ontario that there is no smoking in public areas and places? This store's salesmen don't follow that it seems. I couldn't handle the smoke odor from this salesman following us and we got out of the store right away. And this store didn't have any updated furniture either. Most of them were outdated and overly priced.

The salesmen stand at the door and yell at you to come into their store. If you don't, they scoff at you and make you feel bad. I didn't need to go into the store to know that's it was not a good place to do business. All of the stores here do the same thing. The last thing a customer wants is pressure to buy, especially when they're just browsing. Tell your salesman to go back into the store and shut up until a customer approaches them. There is a reason your store is always empty.

Do not buy anything from here. Once they have your money, the will treat you like garbage. We paid for delivery. Part of the delivery had the wrong item. We trusted them when told to just sign it and that they will deliver the correct item once received. 3 weeks later, we get a call saying our product is here and needs to be picked up. We requested that it be delivered. The response was "you are a liar" and "just because you bought furniture doesn't mean you own my life". Then they never answered our calls. We were forced to go pick up our item that we paid for. Will never give them our business anymore Checked various websites such as Google Maps and BBB, difficult to find a positive review buried in a sea of negative ones. Business has been operating since 1998 so owners must have adapted to this method of dealing with customers. In other words they are professional swindlers and cannot be trusted. Consider yourselves warned.
