Worst service ever. For a small night table it took them more than 3 months when they promised me 2 week delivery. First they said delivery issue then they came and said they forgot the night table then again they said it was damaged. After many complaints it came and the movers damaged my newly renovated basement. They said they would hook the night table up with handles but they broke the screws while setting up. The price may be decent but the service was the worst I've ever seen. When I said complained the man on the phone got upset when in reality I had the right to be upset. Whatever you do, do not purchase from here. I don't even understand how they have even 2 stars as a review. You'd rather pay $500 to 1000 more and get it elsewhere. Stay woke my friends. Stay woke.

We were looking for a dining table and told them we needed it within a week as we had an event coming up. They promised us a week and after it wasn't delivered to us and we got angry they gave us the DISPLAY one but we still paid for a BRAND NEW one. When the display dining table arrived at our home (late), there were defects. Went back to them only for them to continuously say "No refund. No refund".

Ordered a reclining loveseat and couch set with a dining table. Got a pretty good deal, the whole thing equaled one couch from Leon's. Quality of the table is not the greatest, but you get what you pay for. Delivery came on the day we expected and everything was as we ordered, 1 hour late but not a big deal. Based on the reviews we anticipated a nightmare but overall a good experience

First off if i can give this place a zero with a big slap for the disgusting rudeness and poor customer service i would.I bought a couch on a Tuesday and the sales man was great very nice guy,but i found the owners to be kinda rude to him even after he sold me the couch. When it came time to pay i asked them when will i be expecting my couch and they said the next day at 5pm or the following day.Ok...So now comes Thursday and i noticed it is getting late so i called to ask when am i getting the couch? Then they wanna tell me "ooh" something happened with the delivery guys they got backed up or some b..sh they made up and said for sure Friday. Now it is Friday and it is getting late again so i called them and they said it is on the way.....finally they come and they brought up the couch and i asked them if they can do a favour and bring down a smaller couch to the back where they are parked to the dumpsters as it is on the way back down and i also offered $10 dollars... at first they said they can NOT do it,then when i said $10 they said they would do it for $20 instead.I also said i only have $10???Then they looked at me and said NO Deal and walked out.Honestly they was better off saying noooo instead of trying to hustle me for more money, also i had just had surgery on my jaw,the least they could of done was move the couch for the two days of delay on not bringing the couch....My gosh such cold hearted people just "disgusting".My advice is to go to the other furniture stores and skip this one...Their is a whole row of them just skip these NASTY People......................once AGAIN disgusting people.

Recently purchased a dining set and it’s beautiful! Best part is that we paid half the price of what we would have paid at the bigger retail stores. Mandy was great an available to answer questions between purchase and delivery time. We will be back for my furniture in the future!
