DONT EVER WASTE UR TIME WITH THESE LIEING SCUMBAGS Description of complaint: i got my lg q6 about 2 days ago the worker at The Souce talked me into buying the 9 per month coverage and said if i hany ANY issues like broken sceen or stolen phone it would be COMPLETELY COVERED. I asked for an otter box and just like the last three times i got a new phone, they were conveniently out of stock (scaming cash grab). But he said no worries because its coverd and would be replaced no qeustions asked. So low and behold my screen breaks (shocker) i take it to The Source in Simcoe Ontario and they young man with dark hair and glasses told me i have to send it away and pay 100 some odd dollars. I know it only coast 100 to replace it and it should be coverd. You cant charge someone a coverage fee then charge them full price to fix it . that is called stealing or scamming . i was lied too and cheated and im extremely disappointed with the ethics of your company. I honestly dont want to be with virgain anymore im so disgusted with my service and dont want to support a company i do not trust at all. I payed for coverage and thats what im asking for. My phone screen should be relapced for free as promised. I would have never got the phone if they hadn't assured me that it was fully protected. Please stop lieing, scamming and cheating ur loal customers. Its eliligle What would you consider to be a reasonable resolution to this problem? fix my screen for FREE as promised . thats why i pay for it. Its not a hand out with where i just give you 9 dollars a month to do nothing. Not to mention i have had zero help from suppervisers the one lady laughed at me other ones were just flat out rude . So done with virgin mobile and the source. Dont watse ur time with these scumbuckets

I was looking for a specific TV mount on The Source's website and I could not find it. I called customer service asking about the product as I purchased it before. I was transferred to the Billings Bridge store and spoke with Nick. Nick was very professional, patient and helpful. Nick not only checked the computer for availability, he personally checked the backroom and was able to find the item I need (Not available in stores or online anymore). the item was put on hold for me to pick up. The staff at the store were friendly, welcoming and happy. Thank you for your great customer service

Great experience ! Had bought a computer - laptop and within the week it had crashed 2 times- guessing it is manufacturing problem. The assistant manager and young lady who helped me return and exchange the laptop had great customer service! I couldn't be happier ! They went above normal customer service to make sure I got what I wanted. Will be returning! 😊

Bought a pair of UrBeats at this store. They stopped working before the 1 year warranty was up. I was told to contact Apple so I did so. Apple told me there is nothing they can do because the warranty starts when the store buys from Apple and not from when I bought them from the source. Therefore I lost out on my warranty. This was never mentioned by anybody there, I was actually told the warranty would stand. DO NOT BUY APPLE PRODUCTS FROM THE SOURCE. Unless you want less than a years use out of your product and no return.
