After hearing the last review, I will definitely not be going here! I’m sorry they treated You like that Liz, no one deserves that! But thanks for your review!!! I may check out that store in Lindsay :)

I called to get a quote of a photo I wanted to get framed for my mom for Christmas.. The lady laughed at me all the way through the phone conversation making me feel stupid for even calling for a quote. I ALWAYS promote small businesses because I’m from a neighboring small town, and I get it...But this was unreal. I was trying to explain the photo to her over the phone, giving her measurements etc and she was CACKILING to what I can assume was a man beside her on the phone. Literally, not figuratively, LITERALLY making fun of me for asking the cheapest option, when I can hear them both clear as day!!!. Unprofessional and a super waste of my time. I would suggest taking the extra drive and going to a place where they have customer service. And just to make sure it wasn’t me I called Galaxy in Lindsay asked for a quote, she gave me one with ease and was so polite!

I came here a few days ago and was greeted by a young lady (high school age). I hade 2 photos that needed frames, but I had no idea what colour, style, size, etc. The girl showed my the options and was very helpful and understanding. However, 5 minutes after entering the store a older man came out of, what a pressume, a lunch room and completely took over. He was very unporfessional and made it seem like he had no time for my order. Since I had no idea what I was looking for I was open to many options, but this man was very impatient and talked to me in an almost mocking manor. When I asked about mats he waved his hand in the direction of the mats on the wall and told me to look through them. I felt sorry for the young girl as I could sense she was as uncomfortable as I was. I ended up having to leave because I felt so unwanted. I will NEVER return here and would not reccommend it to anyone. If you have no sense of colour or artist abilities like me, the old man (I assume to be the owner) will laugh at you and treat you awful. This store definetly does not give Uxbridge a good name.
