My experience at Rent WOW was exceptional! From the moment I walked into the showroom, Monica made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable! Monica was very warm, professional and patient. She helped me navigate the website to select the best pieces of furniture for my staging project. All team members, including the delivery personnel were very professional and timely! I will continue to use Rent WOW,, the exceptional service and selection of furniture will keep me coming back! D.Mirabella

A big thank-you to all the folks at WOW furniture rental. I have used them over a dozen times and can't say enough good things about them. I couldn't help but notice the review below me and I have to say that that hasn't been my experience at all. The staff here is very professional, organized, patient (with my periodic lack of knowledge) and always very helpful in their suggestions. From the staff on the floor (the best there is) to the delivery team (always prompt and respectful) to upper management (very accessible and friendly), I trust these folks with my business. Their furniture is absolutely beautiful, always clean and in meticulous condition. I do not hesitate in recommending this wonderful place to anyone! Thanks WOW!!!

I am so outraged with how I was treated. I had dropped my husband off using their parking lot area. I then went to reverse into a parking spot where the owner came out to advise me I can NOT park there. When asked "I cant just feed my daughter?" He told me NO. In disgust I said I would write this diwn how he would not let me use his parking lot to qiuckly feed my 5 month old child. He then tried to change his mind. I am so outraged, discusted and upset that someone would deny a care provider the oppertunity to feed a child using their parking lot because it's private property. I had no problem to not stay parked amd leave as the space is for customers and its private property. But to say flat put NO I cant feed a 5 month old has me disgusted. I would defenitly not recommend this business as to me this is an indication of how they treat people.
