They DON’T TAKE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Purchased a sofa here. It turned out to be too big for my room when it was delivered. Called the store right away. I would’ve been happy to exchange it and pay for deliveries. Unfortunately they won’t even do that. How does that make sense? You’re forcing me to take my business elsewhere.

Thank you Andrew! He was the only person who was helpful throughout my entire experience. He was nice and helpful. I purchased a couch and within two months. They offered to send a replacement and I was overjoyed. The first delivery truck didn't show up and then the second was never scheduled. Andrew booked me a third delivery date and I'm hoping this time it comes. It's been over a three week process.

I was looking at mattresses and asking for more detailed information about the mattress I chose and the sales guy pulls out his phone and answers it and walks away. It was very h unprofessional. I'm actually glad this happened because I went across the street to Sleep Country Canada and the had the BEST service and bought a mattress there Avoid this location
