I've been very happy with the service in Structube. The furniture is good value. But their delivery costs are very excessive. We live a 5 minute walk from there and it was going to cost us $90 for delivering. It was cheaper to buy a hand held truck to wheel our armchair home! But we love the chair!

Nice style, but quality control is an issue, ever piece that I order had an issue with it. Granted they replaced the chair, and they tried to fedex a new bookcase shelf, but of course like most people I work during the day, and had no way to pickup the 7ft item from scarborough when I live in east york. so just have to live with damaged shelf and hope it doesn't get worse. When I moved and unscrewed my dining table I noticed that one of the legs was cracked. Perhaps it cracked through daily use and not when I originally order it, I can't say,for sure but I do wish I had noticed that this piece was patched up by structube, as you can see in the pic, the glue they used didn't hold up. It's rather embarrassing they would try to even sell this.

WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM STRUCTUBE! I purchased a bed from their online store so that I could get delivery. 2 weeks after assembling the bed, the bed starts creaking. I email them to see what can be done, they ask to see a video. So I proceed to send them a video of the problem. For weeks I didn't hear back from them. The next email I get from them is that I never sent a video of proof of the defective bed. I email back, telling them if they look at the previous email that they would find it. Never heard back from them ever again over email. I call them, asking them what's going on, they said I never sent the video, I told them the same thing, look at previous emails. They look at the video then proceed to say it's not their policy to do anything since it was already opened and past the 7 day policy. I proceed to tell them IT'S A DEFECTIVE BED! My IKEA BED DIDN'T START CREAKING AFTER 10 YEARS! They proceed to tell me they will submit a claim and I'll hear back from them in a few days. THIS WHOLE CYCLE HAPPENED 3 TIMES OVER THE PHONE. SAME VICIOUS CYCLE OF THEM TELLING ME THAT THEY WILL DO SOMETHING AND GET BACK TO ME. I call them one last time, asking for them to help me because I still haven't heard back from the lady I talked to last - she said there's nothing they can do because it's their policy. I'M STUCK WITH A 600 DOLLAR BED THAT CREAKS AND IS VERY HORRIBLE QUALITY. YOU ARE BETTER OFF BUYING A 200 DOLLAR BED FROM IKEA!

Nov 2017 - I bought a couch. I really like the couch but had issues with it. When I went it to pick it up they told me it was slightly sratched and would get a small amount off if I wanted it. The scratch was not very noticeable and was told they had checked the couch for anything else. Got it home the wood slats holding up the back had been broken. We had rented a car to pick up and had since returned it. They would only either have us return couch to store and pick up new one in week and keep 10% off we we're already given or have them drop off new couch and pick up old one but we would have to return to store to pay back the 10%. The guy we we're dealing with it kept apologizing and saying they'd do something for us, but didn't. When we picked up new couch, didn't even help us carry it out of store. When I made a complaint to the company I was told they would look into it, without asking for my name, what or where I purchased it.

Good place for condo size furniture. Could improve service. Sales people not very attentive.
