It's one thing to sell quality furniture and quite another to stand behind the products that are being sold. In this regard, after my most recent purchase, Michael from Manorhouse Furniture, went above and beyond all expectations to ensure that I was satisfied. I am writing this review, something I never do, as an expression of my appreciation for the type of customer service that is so rare in this day and age. Thank you Michael.

Manorhouse was a great experience. The recommendations and customer service was awesome. Mike and Richard were very helpful with selecting our mattress and had a great selection of bed frames and other furniture pieces. There were lots of pieces in their show room and they had more to show us from their catalogue collections. Mike and Richard were very friendly and we really appreciated their professionalism and professional opinions. We will definitely come back for more furniture in the future.

I would say this place is furniture heaven. Mike is so so helpful and very knowledgeable. He spent 4 hours with us and satisfied all our needs. He has great sense of interior decoration too. The best furniture at the best price in this whole GTA I would say. I went to so many places but found everything here.

Slightly on the pricier side compared to other options, but the quality and customer service more than make up for it. Richard and Heather were very friendly and helpful, despite my girlfriend and I showing up without an appointment, and took the time to properly understands our requirements and address our concerns. Contrast this to a lot of stores that are only open for a year before disappearing (So much for your warranty) and when you tell them what you want you get back a "Yeah, we can do whatever you want", yet they don't even know the difference between a Peninsula and a Chaise. To be fair our one key requirement was the depth which could not exceed 72", and despite thorough documentation by Richard his manufacturer managed to mess that up. But Richard took care of it the day the 74" sofa was delivered and made sure our Peninsula was fixed to the proper depth early the following week. I would shop here again and I have already told my friends.

They work by appointment only which really made me think I would be under some high pressure sales tactics, but in fact it was quite the opposite. I loved the buying experience, and the delivery experience was just as good. They unpacked and assembled and treated my home with care. I absolutely love my furniture and will probably never go anywhere else.
