We purchased a sectional sofa from the brick. After 4 months of regular use a piece of metal broke off the frame and broke through the bottom of the sofa. Our dog dove under the couch to get a ball and cut his leg open costing us over $300 in vet bills. The manger of this location seemed unphased by this issue and simply said they would send someone to look at the couch. This took 3 weeks. We voiced our concern and dissatisfaction at which point they offered us a gift card for lesser value then the sectional itself. We took the gift card and decided to get a sofa elsewhere. We bought a table and new bed frame. Upon delivery we noticed the table was damaged, one corner was smashed in and a support under the frame was broken. We will never buy anything from the brick again. Horrible products. Horrible service.

The brick furnitures are good but their delivery and customer service sucks big time. Delivery guys seems like they don’t wana work. If they see stairs in the house they get mad and always saying that it is not our job to attached the furniture and ask us to sign the paper even though it clearly says in the contract that they are suppose to do it. In terms of Customer service, they keep delaying my missing parts from one of my furniture and to some extend I understand that they have to order it and so on. But it’s been now 3 months and I still haven’t receive my parts. I called them multiple times and I have been patient with them but the way they are talking to me is like they don’t feel sorry at all . Overall experience very bad.

Excellent selection of sofas, mattresses and other furniture and home decor! We were treated like royalty with the great service from Gireesh Gupta when we were looking for a couch, a dinner table and a mattress. Make sure to ask for him when you're in store, you would be happy you did! Happy shopping!

Manager RUDE, customer representatives RUDE, service ridiculous and my experience with them was the worse of all times in my life. No sort of communication skill or ethical background, because of my experience i willing to take my story to the media because the brick needs to understand we the customer are the ones that keep the brick running....if we dont purchase their products then there would be no business. My experience will be share so that no one will experience what i did.

Loved this store. I've been buying here for quiet some time. They have all what i want. Within this year I have bought a full set of appliances, 75" smart TV, a bedroom and sofa set. Chris Somanathan the sales associate was very helpful and courteous towards us. He showed and explained all the good deals and helped us make sure to buy the good ones. He also made sure to have the delivery done promptly on the dates we required. We are very impressed with the service we recieved at this store.
