Great selection of excellent quality tables. Gorgeous slabs of magnificent quality products are well displayed. Sales rep was very helpful and informative. Our live edge desk arrived well protected and earlier then expected. Would highly recommend Wazo!!

This was one of the worst customer experiences I have had with any retailer. We ordered 2 yellow bar stools online, to be shipped to the store for pick-up. My credit card was charged at this time of order and a confirmation email was sent. 9 business days (13 days total) after the order had been placed we had not received any updates so I sent a quick follow up email. Their customer service team told me that the order had been processed a couple of days after the order was placed and that the delivery time frame was 10-14 business days after that - all good, makes sense. Fast forward to 18 business days (24 days total) after the order was placed, I received a call from an associate at Wazo to tell me she was just now looking at my order. This was perplexing because I had been told my order was processed weeks before and this was already past the outside number of days for delivery (to the store - not even to my home). I was told that they didn't have any yellow stools in Toronto and they would have to ship them from Montreal - but Montreal only had green stools left. In lieu of green stools from Montreal, I was told that I could select black, white or grey stools from the Toronto store instead - but for a higher cost. Presumably there was inventory of the items when I purchased them - just not 24 days after the fact unfortunately. Not only did I not get what I paid for, the poor communication in the whole process made it unnecessarily stressful. To be honest, they should not have an online store if they do not have the capacity to even look at the orders for 3+ weeks - it's just not an acceptable customer experience for that channel. The only saving grace in the whole experience was that they processed my refund immediately.

They use wonderful slabs of wood here and the furniture design is predominantly mid-century modern (which has seen a huge resurgence in popularity over the last decade). The staff are friendly and professional. I’d recommend checking it out if you want a piece made of beautiful wood that isn’t like something mass produced from West Elm or CB2.

Yen was lovely. He's helping us customize the table so we're getting exactly what we want. More to come when we actually get the table.

The bench I purchased was broken after three weeks. I would upload the picture if the system allows. There is a big crack along the bench. I called the sales manager a few times, never picked up phone call, never returned my voice mail. Eventually I was able to get to the service team via email. They told me I need to fix this by myself cause after 14 days, the furniture is mine to take care of. I took my furniture to the store and asked them to fix it since it is still within the warranty period. Two weeks later, they told me it's ready to be picked up. I got to the store two days later, I was told it's not ready and I need to come back the next day. We live far away, they treat other people's time so irresponsibly! This has been the worst furniture purchasing experience ever. It's almost two months and we are still without furniture. We were promised that they would be ready in two weeks. Their phone line is constantly unavailable. When we call to check the status, each sales give different answer. When one said it's ready and our shipping company will contact you for delivery, the other one said it's still being customized. They just want to make the sale and collect the money, there is no follow up for the status and no updates for the customer.
