I feel these guys ripped me off. I am a single mother of a young child and I spent over $1000.00 on a futon that broke in one month. They sent 1 guy to do a 2 man job, and he took twice the time. The item I received was nothing like the one that I ordered. If I had known that it was wood, I would of not purchased that particular futon. In the picture of the one I wanted, it had metal showing, the one I received was all wood , and also quite intricate to put together. Also I paid $240 extra for a "deluxe maytress " that was suppose to be 10 inches and settle to 8 inches, it was more like 3 inches. I feel sorry for this guys wife if thats whay he thinks 8 inches is??!!!! Also it took the guy nearly 3 hours to put the atrocity together. Thays why they should of sent 2 guys. The boss was rude and ignorant about me wanting to return the futon as soon as I seen it wasnt what I ordered. I don't recommend these guys to anyone. Buyer beware.
