Amazing experience from beginning to end. Both Adrian and Tom were extremely helpful. The couch did take the full 7 weeks before it was completed but the quality you get for the price is second to none. Would definitely recommend and would buy from them again!

One week ago. Great experience. Adrian was very professional and went out of his way to provide same leather for 2 chairs from a different manufacturer! Personally delivered and did set up. Very pleased. Great quality . Sister in law has purchased ftom him twice in the last 20 yrs. Her original purchases still look like new. That's what provoked us to go there. Adrian even threw in 2 beautiful down throw cushions to match the 2 chairs and a cube seat. We are extremely pleased. Thanks Choice Leather. Checked prices elsewhere, these prices the best.

I really had high hopes for this store after reading all the past reviews. It looked like the kind of place where you would shop for a leather sofa that you can customize for a small space. Unfortunately, we'd never know for sure because the guy doesn't seem to think we're half as important as the soccer game he was watching. It was a waste of time and effort for us.

I rarely take the time to write reviews. But after this experiance I’ve had too. I’ve driven around many furniture shops looking for the perfect couch set. From IKEA, the Brick, Leon’s to Lazy boy. It wasn’t till I luckily found this store that I found the most authentic and amazing quality of REAL LEATHER couches. I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. From sitting down with TOM discussing more than just furniture but life itself on my new couch, to having ADRIAN go far out of his way to not only deliver, but help place the furtnutre in the room it needed to be. Tom showed me everything there was to learn about leather furniture and helped educate me on it’s super simple maintenance and care. He was the nicest man I’ve ever encountered in this business. He did everything to make me feel comfortable and just wanted me to be happy with whatever choice I made. Even if it wasn’t from his store. He is genuinely one of a kind and I’d recommend anyone back to this store. I’m writing this review as I’m sitting on the couch. And I’m so happy to have had a great experiance and a beautiful piece of furniture to add in my home. Thank you once again TOM and ADRIAN! COULDNT BE HAPPIER!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMEND THE SERVICE AND PRODUCT.

Excellent assistance as long - time employee Adrian takes time to explain and demonstrate the difference between leathers , sofa construction and options . The atmosphere is relaxed without any sense of pressure . The prices are clearly shown on each piece and seem good for the quality of the Toronto / Canadian- made sofas on offer . The showroom is basic but adequately spacious ; there are lots of sofas on display . It is really worth a visit if quality matters as does a fair price . I would rather focus my dollars on these 2 factors and avoid paying an upmarket price to also cover the costs of a designer style showroom.
