Placed an order for a desk online. 4 Days later called to see what was going on because I never received a reply. I was told my request was never received. I decided to place the order over the phone I told the man I would be using my Trade First account to complete the purchase he told me the price would be different then advertised. I expected there would be a difference but the price was double. Needing the desk quickly I agreed to the cost. Paul told me the desk would be ordered and delivered that coming friday, well friday came and went. I had to call and ask what was going on and every time I did I was given an excuse and told the next day. I did that 3 times until over a week late the desk was on the way. Two men showed up to deliver and set up the desk. One of the men smelled so bad the other office staff could not even stand to be in the same office as it was set up. The entire experience was unreal. I would not recommend this company.

They did an awesome job of design, install and pricing. I have gotten glowingly positive comments from everyone who stops by my office.
