I had a wonderful experience from working with my salesman in the store to having my couch delivered. Everyone was friendly and amazingly helpful, especially my delivery guys. They were by far the best! Thank you for a tremendous experience!

I recently had a dining room set delivered. A purchase that cost almost 2,000 dollars. I watch the delivery guys unload and unwrap my table outside and place my chairs uncovered in the street after it had been raining on and off all day. I asked, after the base was brought in and one of the guys started to assemble the legs. Why is my chairs out in the street? As soon as he started to reply... his partner brings the first set of chairs in because it begin to rain again. I didn't want my purchase to be on display for the neighborhood to see. This location has a great selection of furniture however, the delivery was definitely not the best!

My salesman was great at the Dearborn location. Also, the delivery went really well. I love my new bedroom set!

A pleasant experience. Store was well laid out and not cramped. Dwayne Amons was patient and courteous as usual. Even stayed past his scheduled time . Art Van is my go to store . I shall return, God willing.
