This is a really nice place. They sell very nice quality items and that's really hard to find. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We purchased a Webber BBQ from them and were very satisfied. We are now choosing them to replace our aged gas fireplace. Can't wait very excited about this.

We are so happy with our new deck furniture! Patio Palace has the best selection in the city and the most knowledgeable, attentive staff. They will find you the perfect pieces to suit your space and lifestyle. Our special order was done accurately, came quickly, and was delivered promptly when promised. I highly recommend Patio Palace for all your outdoor lifestyle needs.

Just replaced our old gas fireplace with a new Radiant heat(Valor) one- didn't expect the price but Patio Palace's service and quick installation made the price less painful. We love the radiant heat, no noisy blower, heats up our whole downstairs better then our old unit with blower. Thank Paul, and your efficient service people😊

We purchased a Valor Gas Fireplace at Patio Palace Windsor in 2013 and can't say enough good things about the product and the staff, particularly Paul and Linda. They have been more than generous with their time walking us through issues such as changing batteries, cleaning the glass and warranty. We have a high level of confidence dealing with Patio Palace and Valor -- both outstanding companies. The Valor Fireplace is high on our list of favorite purchases for our home. The radiant heat is very efficient -- there is no background noise from the unit which is a big plus when watching TV, listening to music or conversing with others, not to mention the aesthetics are very pleasing -- a high quality product. It is comforting to know that Patio Palace stands behind their customers, (five years) and really make themselves available even after the initial sale. Our compliments to both Patio Palace and Valor! Mike & Heather

Just bought a new Barbeque, to my surprise when it was delivered it had a larger than normal gas line fitting on it. I was surprised because I seen a few in their showroom that said they needed a larger gas line connection that I purposely did not choose because of that. I called the store and the lady I spoke to said it was common knowledge that larger Barbeque's have a bigger gas line connection. So I guess I not as smart as the common person, However I posted this question on social media to see how commonly known this was. To my surprise I was not the only person that didn't know this, in fact the only person was a friend that installs gaslines for a living. The lady did tell me afterwords it was a simple gasline connection change over that would fix the issue for about $15. I admit being told this at the time of purchase likely would not have changed my purchase selection, but I would have been more prepared for the installation and had my friend come by to install it. So in a pinch I managed to install the part myself, but now my friend has to come to fix my installation job. I spent more on this barbeque than I have on all my previous ones put together, I thought that because of the amount I spent on it, that it would come with a cover (extra cost of $109 or $129 given two different prices) and be ready to go when it was delivered. I wanted to post this to help people with their future purchases in hoping that they will ask the proper questions when it comes time for your next purchase.
