Love Canadian tire always have great stuff. A lot of the aisles have skids and boxes down them and its hard to get your shopping cart through. Overall a great store

Extremely busy as it's close to Christmas. Aisles packed with stock making it hard to navigate but most staff doing their best to help. Not impressed by three young boys standing at the sports counter who were too busy gabbing to help anyone. One boy denied having a scanner when a girl who was helping me asked for a price even though he had one in his hands minutes earlier! Management needs to pay more attention.

The weekend staff arent very knowledgable. Or helpful. We wandered aimlessly for 40 minutes trying to find what we were looking for. Plus the younger staff were playing around in the aisle...

Shopped Nov 26, between 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Store was being operated by a bunch of unsupervised High School kids; all standing around chatting with each other! Young man in Sports Dept had 3-4 of his friends in the store laughing and giggling like a bunch of grade school children. I asked for for assistance on a heavy box I was purchasing; he refused to assist me and pointed to another young man standing at the paint counter. I proceeded to ask this fellow for assistance, requesting a HD cart and help with the 49 kg box. He pointed to the front and said I would have to get it myself; then proceeded to run up to the customer service area to chat with the other female staff. The store was a disaster with stock and carts blocking most of the aisles. I loaded the box myself and navigated it through the maze to the check-out where once again I asked for carry-out assistance. The young lady looked like I had asked for the world! After several pages a young man named Robert finally assisted and with a little coaching on how to lift a heavy box we got the job done. Where was your shift manager? Where is the owner? Canadian Tire Corporate needs to send in the mystery shoppers and get this store straighted out!

Good selection of products. Wish the teenage staff in general was more helpful. Some teen staff spend lots of time hanging with each other, chatting. Some teen staff are excellent.
