The staff at this store are amazing. Chris went above and beyond to rectify an issue we had. We couldn't be happier with the service, knowledge and helpfulness we were given. We will definitely be going back again.

Not even one star. Tried to return an item and was told 30 day return. Unopened package and receipt. Declined . My dad just gave it back to me that day at day 33. Another time i returned an item day 14 and was spoken to in a very condescending voice. When purchased online at the store I was told to just say name and can pull up no problem . Day 14 I realized my dad wouldn't use the item so it went back way before 30 days. What a joke they couldn't pull up my invoice and now told to keep phone receipt because that was after 30 days could pull up on computer . So spent hours in store trying to locate. I did I also let head office know about incident. No reply. I should take back the other two things which sadly I purchased at same time of the second item I mentioned in note. I am now a Best Buy customer or Staples customer.

Not even one star. I tried to return something they said they wanted the packaging. I said I don't have it it's in the garbage. So I returned home found the package. When I walked back in the store they said we are not doing returns today because of black Friday. I asked why they needed the packaging to put the broken device back on the self. She said yes, then changed it to so we can return it back to the manufacturer.

High prices, some things are horrible quality, but, the staff is friendly and know everything they need to.

The management here is a joke. The manager LAUGHED at my husband when trying to return an item. She is so unprofessional. If I could give less then 1 star, I would. I will make this known for people to not shop at this business.
