I was looking for a good quality bunk bed at the best price possible. I searched online and decided to visit the Bunkhouse kids. The staff was very courteous and flexible.I received excellent customer service from the time I entered the store to when I actually got the bed. The bed arrived two days earlier and was packaged very well to ensure no damage would occur during transportation and delivery. My wife went to the store and they loaded the car. It barely fit with only 1/2 cm of room to spare. They took extreme care in placing it in the car and not a single scuff or scratch mark. I hope they will expand their selection to offer more beds. I wish I had more bedrooms to buy more beds from them! Maybe when I move to a larger home in few years!

Iam very pleased with the bunk bed that I purchased for my children. The best bunk bed I could have purchased taking into account the room size. Very satisfied with my purchase of this bunkbed.

We waited for a new bed for over 3 months. When it finally arrived it was not the right bed. So they said it was there fault and will order the right bed. It has been another 3 months and still haven't heard from bunkhouse about a new bed or delivery. So it has taken at least half a year to get a child's bed from them. I'm sure you could get a bed from another place for your kid with more efficiency and less at less cost.

I purchase a beautiful set of bunkbeds 24 years ago for my young son. At that time I also had custom mattress made for my antique bed. I recently had another custom mattress made by the Bunkhouse after a horrible experience with an outlet in Mississauga. It was simply a joy to be able to get a good nights sleep on something so comfortable, affordable and so well made.

Such a great experience at The Bunk House! I'd been looking everywhere for a great trundle bed for my daughter's room. More than one friend suggested I check out The Bunk House. It was worth the drive across the city to visit the store. Lots of different beds, high quality materials, and a variety of price points to suit different budgets. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The owner takes pride in his store and wants to ensure customers have a good experience. Also really impressed with the guys who did the delivery and assembly. Not only did they arrive right on time, but they went the extra mile and dismantled my daughter's crib for me! Also bought beautiful bedding while I was at the store. Overall great experience and more personal than a big box store.
