Moving from U.K. to Toronto with 2 weeks to find a sectional sofa. We needed a bespoke size and fabric. Although standard time was 4-6 weeks. Brian and Rocco rose to our challenge and we received our sofa in 2 weeks on time and as specified. Brian and Rocco also took time to ensure the fine detail we hadn’t considered - straight cushion v T-back, seat length and height, cushion firmness etc were as we needed for comfort. Great communication, service, value and quality!

Terrible furniture. We bought a "custom" sofa with a chaise and paid extra to have down filling. Needless to say, there's more down on the outside of the furniture than there is on the inside. They took it back to "fix" the sofa but I doubt they did anything at all as it is the exact same as when we sent it back. Stay away from this place.

I'd give zero stars if Google allowed. Very personable to start but the fulfillment was completely lacking. Delivery was a disaster and took no responsibility for the poor service. Had to get the credit card company involved to resolve the matter. Buyer beware.

Bought a very large sectional. Service was great from Brian. Couch quality was great and it is extremely comfortable. He was a man of his word the entire way through and am looking forward to ordering from him again in the near future.

Brian is the owner. He's a super nice guy but don't expect your custom furniture to be made on time or delivered on time. Once he takes your money he doesn't care if your furniture is a month late. Things he has in stock is good though. I originally had really high hopes but now I am filled with remorse and disappointment.
