Don't recommend. Terrible customer service and poor quality. Not worth the price. We purchased a coffee table from Dibros on June 17. We were told to come back the next day to pick it up. When we did, it was not at the store. We live on the east side, so the drive is 1.5 hours each way with traffic. For nothing. We were told that Dibros would contact us when it was ready to be picked up. No one called. Three weeks later I had called several times but no one was responding, and I finally reached someone and requested it be delivered to our home. They told us they would deliver it for free, due to the delay and said they would be there on Monday from 4-6pm. I left early from work to be at home for the delivery. Dibros did not show up and did not call. I called again the next day and inquired what had happened. Dibros told me they would deliver that day (Tuesday) around 6:30 pm. We cancelled dinner plans to be at home for the delivery. Again, Dibros did not show up and did not call. When I called their telephone line at different times in the day no one answered, and I am not able to leave a message, as the voicemail is not activated. I wondered if they were screening my calls. I am very disappointed with the customer service and I started to wonder if we will ever get our table. I sent an email asking to speak with the owner of the company to try to resolve this and said I was considering taking legal action against them. Finally, on Wednesday (July 13th) we tried one last time to go to the store pick up the table. We did get the table, but its quality is not as pictured. It's clearly paper, not wood. Still have not heard back from the owner. Will never shop here again.

AVOID THIS STORE!!! I should have listened to all the bad reviews I read about this place. NOT WORTH THE PRICES THEY OFFER! Yes they are cheaper than most other places, BUT for that ~$50 you will save, you will spend MONTHS waiting for your order to arrive and waste hours and hours and hours trying to get an update from either of the owners Paul or his brother O'Neil. They will avoid your calls, texts and e-mails and lie that your stuff has arrived and make excuses. Such terrible customer service that I wonder if this store is just a front for other business activities. I bought 3 items and after being 3 months late I got 2 of the 3 items and finally just got a refund for the 3rd and bought it elsewhere.

Definitely, the worst experience that I've already had in Toronto. I do NOT recommend this store. I have paid for 3 chairs and a person called Paul told that I would receive them in a week. After two weeks and a lot of calls and text msg, he told me that the product was unavailable. I've requested a partial refund and another product. After almost one month waiting for the new product, he gave me the wrong product (a table smaller). So frustrating! Believe it or not, he didn't exchange the wrong product. Today I have the wrong product at home and it doesn't fit well here. To receive the refund was almost impossible. Basically, what I did was to implore for my money back. I will never buy there again and I do NOT recommend to anyone. They don't care about client experience. They only want your money.

Worst experience ever!! NEVER GO TO DIBROS: we bought a sofa there in Jan 2015, new. One week later there were already two holes in the sofa. Paul (from DIBROS) promised to replace but never did it even after dozens of calls from us. At the end he even stopped answering calls or text messages. We still have our sofa and it's getting worse every day: very very bad quality.
