L'arroseur (M. DIMITRI PLOTTO) arrosé ! Moi et ma conjointe allons pour acheter un iPad 32 go 9.7 pouces avec un prix affiché à 419$. Nous avions un coupon rabais de 20$ sur un achat de 200$ et plus. Les deux employés du département informatique nous ont confirmé que le coupon est bon et sera appliqué. On prend aussi un protecteur et un anti-virus Norton. L'employé part en pause et nous faisons affaire avec le Superviseur des ventes DIMITRI PLOTTO ! Ce M.PLOTTO REFUSE de prendre le coupon rabais de 20$ . En premier lieu il dit que ca ne s'applique pas au IPad parce qu'il fait partie de la section ordinateur. Or sur le coupon c'est inscrit que le coupon n'est pas valable pour un ordi portable. Ses employés sont du même avis que nous c'est une tablette qu'on achète pas un portable !!!Par la suite il nous dis que s'il l'utilise c'est de la FRAUDE parce que c'est un coupon à usage unique (que je n'ai JAMAIS utilisé). Se faire traiter de voleur c'est CARREMENT INSULTANT ! Si vous avez envie de vous faire INSULTER allez y ! SUITE : Arrivés à maison j'ai utilisé le bon rabais de 20$ (Qu'on nous a refusé en magasin ) et Bonne nouvelle : CA FONCTIONNE ! C'est qui le malhonnête qui nous a en plus fait perdre du temps : M. DIMITRI PLOTTO !

Bien que l'inventaire indiquait qu'il restait un moniteur comme je voulais, le moins cher, il n'a pas été trouvé sur les tablettes. J'ai dû prendre un autre plus cher.
