Nawab was fantastic to deal with. She understood what I was looking for and help me find everything I needed. If I was unsure, she continue to look to make sure that I had what would make me happy! Great aftersale service too.

Very uncomfortable vibe in this place. I went 3 times because they have high-end appliances that I want and for proximity reasons. Sales reps are the stereotypical used cars salesmen look: terribly dressed that do not install any form of confidence. The sales reps on the furniture side only want to sell. They are out of touch and are unable to advise on design and layout. This place needs a breath of fresh air. I went in looking for appliances totalling over $20,000. I was supposed to get a full quote once the rep worked on my file. I waited and never heard from him again even though I replied by email. I’ve always bought my furniture from Maison Corbeil. They truly give you good advice as they are designers first, sales rep second. They instill confidence. JC Perrault needs to revisit their sales practices and selling model as this old school mindset doesn’t respond well to modern shoppers.

Worth the trip. Some of the room designs are mismatched bit you can get some good ideas.

Before the purchase they were all nice, after that, I got no services. Bad experience here.

Nice furniture, original, good quality. Can get expensive. But if u want something that is not run of the mill (read Ikea) it is one place to check out.
