I have visited three Structube stores in the Montreal area and this location is by far my favorite one. Not only for the decor of the store but because of the staff. The manager Jonathan goes the extra mile for his clients. I was surprised that he remembered my name on my second visit to the store. He not only had a has a good eye to match furniture and accessories, but he is pleasant to deal with. The quality of the furniture exceeds my expectations and I am pleased with how finished product looks in my home. Thank you for making my experience such a positive one 🙂

Not only is the store huge so you can see the selection of products that Structube carries, but this store in particular has the best service out of all Structubes. I've been to several and this was the friendliest service. I've had a bed that went on sale after a few weeks of the price adjustment policy and after writing a short email to the regional manager, i got a store a credit back for the difference. Super glad because i can use it to furnish more from Structube! i live 5 minutes away from another Structube store but I feel like returning to this store in particular!

Besides the beautiful furniture and great prices, the customer service at Structube des Sources was exceptional! I'm moving to the US and decided to furnish my entire place with items from this store. Jonathan, the store manager, was super helpful and did everything in his power to make my move as smooth as possible. From ordering my furniture and ensuring that it arrived in store on time for pick-up, to maintaining constant communication with me throughout the entire shopping process, I could not be more pleased with my experience. He really went out of his way for me - customer service like that is rare these days! Thank you Jonathan! A+++

Amazing service !!! Had set up a barstool the wrong way, went to the store to disassemble it and put it back properly. The staff were so kind and patient. Excellent customer service , will definitely be going back to buy more!!!

Came here to pick up the bed room set "Villa King" for my son with my wife and the customer service here was so terrible that we walked out and went straight back to Mobilia. Paid twice at Mobilia but super satisfied with the service and the quality. Structure needs to hire people that loves what they do. They are so frustrated with what they do that couldn't even say hi. Seriously? I'm so shocked to see the reviews for this place.
