I really wish I could write a good review. Was really looking forward to buying from a Montreal company and their designs are great. I'll start with the good: We bought the Atrium chair in velvet pink blush. The chair is very very comfortable and looks great! It's just our experience getting it that has been less than ideal. We ordered the chair and an additional cover at the end of February, fully aware it would take time to get to us, they make that clear. We received the chair at the end of May. But when it arrived, we noticed a bunch of minor defects. Not major but still, when you purchase something you expect it to be good. We were missing a foot base so the chair sat unevenly, the back cushion wasn't sewn up properly so a thread was loose and open and there was a small hole in the fabric which would only get bigger. I emailed them about the issue and they got back to me right away with solutions. They would give me a new chair (I worried about that thinking it would take another couple of months to receive). Then I received an email saying they could pick up the chair and pick up the "defects" or have a discount and they'd send me the foot base. I went for the discount. Didn't receive the foot base for another month. In the meantime, the cover was likely to take a little longer. We knew that. I checked in end of June to say, we still haven't received the cover. I was told mid-July I would receive it. It's now mid-August, 6 months after my order, and I haven't received the cover yet. Unfortunately, if this is how they'll go about business, it won't work out well for them. While the chair is comfy and looks nice, if the defects continue and the long long waits...I fear customers won't come back. I know I unfortunately won't.

Very satisfied with my purchase! The price point is really exceptional for such design and material. Although the delivery delay was a bit long to my taste (it was custom made though so that one is on me!) It’s YELLOW and if I ever get tired I can simply order a new fabric from EDB and put it on myself, easy least!

Love my pink velour sofa! Got the looks and the comfort! Excellent customer service and the delivery was seamless. Will definitely go back for their plexiglass coffee table and an ottoman.

Worst customer service i've ever experienced. Don't expect any responses by phone or email once they have your money.

We love our mix mix sectional. Original design, super comfy and the customer service experience at E de B was very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend.
