Very nice products at a reasonable price. Very intelligently designed floor plan. There is plenty of parking available and they are reasonably spaced. I like that there is a loading area so you don't need to lug heavy items to the parking lot. It's easy to get in and get out if you know what you want. If you don't you can take a walk through their beautiful showroom to see the items in person. I really appreciate how convenient it is to find, purchase and take home the items(especially the rolled up mattresses, no need to tie it down on the car roof). I usually look online for the item, read the reviews and get the aisle location, and if need be check it out in person on the showroom floor. It's usually easy to find someone for help. I find most people who work here friendly and helpful. It's really simple to return or exchange items. The waiting area is really nice with comfortable sofas. If the item came with the wrong part, it's easy to come back with just that one part and exchange it for the correct one (even if it is, just for example, one side of a KULLEN 5-drawer chest). The food is decent, and not too expensive either.

Is it possible to put negative??This place is fantastic, great service, great personnel, products are "IKEA" you know what you are buying. Dinning room is a bit dirty sometimes but for the amount of people visiting is very clean. Keep in mind its not a restaurant its a fast serve place. Warranty is amazing

The cafeteria is really quite good and for cheap, too. The meatballs are a must. And checkout the little grocery section, also. Walking through the different sections gives you some interesting ideas for your own house. I suggest you check out IKEAHackers for some out-of-the-box suggestions and solutions as well.

Very little difference compared to other Ikea. So if you been to one before, you'll have similar to exact idea of functionality. You'll be there longer than expected unless you know exact item number and name in mind when entering. Takes time to get use to, but a good experience. Same services offered, such as - child daycare - food court - computer designer - delivery - refund/return/exchange Etc... Swedish franchise furniture chain. Known for customer support. Great design and prices. Prices can vary depending on taste. Mostly all self-assemble. There is support services for that. All essential tools required are offered. Staff is bilingual and placed throughout. Has paper rulers, pencils, and map/booklet to record item number. All items on display is in the warehouse at the end. Remember, when you reach the food court, you are only halfway out.

This place is the best! I always find something to but here at the market place. They have such good deals and really affordable prices. It's nice being able to go into a store and find everything that you need and more. Also, they have a bunch of pretty stuff for every room in the house which just complets the whole look. I'm always so happy and excited to go to this store
