I bought furniture from several different places for my new apartment and had I known how great the service is at Mobilia is, I would have bought more of it from here. The items are reasonably priced for the high quality you are getting and the delivery is great, they unbox and unwrap everything for you and place it. If you don't like it, doesn't fit or any reason, they send the delivery team back to get it or smaller items you can bring back to the store, no problems no questions. It has been the easiest and stress free shopping experience for me. Can't say the same at all for other furniture stores I've bought things from. I will definitely go back here for other furniture in the future. Joseph is great, very accommodating.

I was looking for furnitures for my apartment, and I found exactly what I needed at Mobilia. Joseph was the one who helped me, he was very knowledgeable concerning the products and able to help me pick the right item. Not only I am satisfied with what i just bought, the delivery was quite fast. I really recommend this store as it has everything you need from modern to hard wood style and it is made from really good quality product. I'd like to, once again, state how pleased I was with the service Joseph gave me, hopefully if I need some more furniture he'll be the one to help me !

Mobilia Laval Bad customer service! They do everything to sell their product and once it is paid for they never deliver the product. I ordered since August and it is now 2 months still did not receive it. Joseph was the seller, he was really nice when we purchased and now that we call back he is careless and rude!!

Walked in to buy a sofa, no one approached me to help me. Once I finally got a rep to assist me, he just mumbled to go see the other rep across the room. The second rep showed me a sofa and we were discussing it. He was unprofessional and all of a sudden he walked away while we were still talking. "On se revoit demain!" he shouted from across the room with a grin laugh. When confronted about why he left me, he couldn't explain his behaviour. He also did not know his products. No dimensions, no prices. You lost my business the moment I walked through the door and the store next door got it. Worth noting that both employees laid their hands on me, one would give that awkward one handed shoulder and the other would put his hand on my back and push me/guide me. DON'T TOUCH PEOPLE YOU DON'T KNOW. Don't assume you know people. Sir, that lady with me was my sister, not my wife. Did you see any rings? Did I ever mention she was my wife? You offended both of us with your assumptions. Don't go there save yourself the trouble.
