So as a former employee of the warehouse for Structube I can tell you first hand on the distribution techniques and why mistakes are being made during shipping and even receiving. First of all most of the furniture is not made in Canada and yes most of the furniture is made over seas mostly china Bangladesh and others. The packaging from manufacturers overseas is a joke almost none existent, so if your not very careful it will get damaged. The warehouse does not employ there own personal staff everything is done under contract they hire from job agencies to pick your product so really these people do not care if your product is damaged or even the right product. Even the delivery service is outsourced that's why delivery fees are so expensive. The product it self is not made very well I can tell you how many time you'd drop a box and the product would break or get scratches and still be shipping because managers know that its hell to return something big. So they ship it and hope the customer is too lazy to return the item in question. For a major Canadian company I'm somewhat sad about what this company as turned into. Take my advice go to West Elm is more expensive but the quality and customer service is very good and product is from overseas as well but packaging is so well done almost no way your item can get damaged.

Their furniture look amazing but the customer service and home delivery is horrible. We ordered a sideboard, the top piece came with large scratches, so Structube offered to exchange. Second came in damaged, the exact same piece came damaged. What is more annoying is they inspected the smaller boxes but not the main one. Even worse, what company only does ONE exchange especially when it's their fault? They were like we only exchange once after that we only do return. Fine, you don't want my business, so they came and picked up the damaged product. Been over 2 weeks, and still did not get the refund. I call in, what answer do I get, we haven't received the item at the warehouse. Are you kidding me? The product is with you, just give my money back. Now I'm forced to do a dispute with my credit card. This company is just a headache to deal with. Go shop elsewhere. They don't care about their customers.

Don't know where to start about this company. The ordeal I had to go through to purchase a Stacy chair. Poor store staff members, poor website customer service, horrible distribution system, poor pick up center and in the end all this for a poor quality chair. Furniture looks great at first glance but once you start inspecting it you realize you've purchased a low quality item that was manufactured somewhere overseas with low quality control. Same thing with my Orion mirror. The thing was so crooked that I had to install it crooked for it to look straight on my wall. However that didn't solve the distortion issue in the glass. And don't bother leaving a honest review on their website because they won't post it if isn't a 5 star rating. Never again Structube, never again.

ZERO STARS. This has got to be the most poorly managed company in Canada. I ordered a chair three times and each time it came damaged. I kept returning it and buying a new one in the hopes that it wouldn't be damaged. And on the third try it was back-ordered for 1.5 months! They said it would take 3 weeks. When I finally made it to the warehouse the third time the "brand new" damaged item was given to me without a box, just wrapped in plastic that had a huge hole in it. When I took it out of the plastic at home, it was covered in sawdust! So I get a damaged chair covered in filth. I will never buy something from Structube again. I drove 12 times between my house and a Structube location just for this chair. Waste of time and money (gas). And even worse is the customer service. It's incredibly difficult to get in contact with them, and once you do, they don't give a $%!T! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one with decision power on the phone. Always put on hold. Asked for a replacement since the original item was damaged, rescheduled once, never showed up second time. You should be ashamed of you customer service. 10 emails and 10 calls later, I still don’t have a resolution. Love the furniture, hate the service. If I could give negative 5 stars, I would
