Really good stuffs here but it's really expensive. They offer me to buy furnitures by credit 0% rate but it's possible to find in the market practically the same for a better price.

The worst place to buy furniture from, during our visit to their showroom-Laval, the sales representative recommended us to wait until Black Friday to benefit from the discount, what happened they increased the Item price at Black Friday night, in addition you have to wait around 40 min to answer your inquiries or to have a sales rep!!! Shame !!

Oct 2, 2018: I bought a stove with good discount last Wednesday (original price 900, discount price 750). I was told it was out of stock, need to wait a week for delivery. I had no problem with that and made the oder. I supposed to have it tomorrow (Oct 3), but never got call for the delivery time. So I called the CS and learn that something went wrong with the system and I have to wait for another week. Since I was in rush, the CS offered me another stove that cost 850 bucks. I did not have much choice, so took the offer. I am very disappointed because I end up paying more money for a cheaper stove with later delivery. It will definitely my last purchase with BM. Oct 4 2018 After I filed a complaints, the CS contacted me quickly to solve the problem. Unfortunately we could not come out with an agreement, I still have to pay 100$ extra for the new stove I was forced to pick in the last minutes. BM store employee insisted I choose the more expensive one, so I should pay the difference. I agree with that statement, but BM did not consider the quality of stove. The new stove I picked in the last minutes had similar function, but it costed 100 bucks more (the other cheaper stove did not have the same function). The original stove I wanted was 900 dollar, with discount t was 750. BM makes mistake and force client to pay extra money to solve their problem. Very unprofessional manner

Good quality, good prices. My only sticking point is the sales staff. It feels very strange and old fashioned, they aren't there to inform you or help with a decision, they are there to make a commission. No amount of "let me see what I can do" " I'll check with my manager to give you a deal" can truly hide that.

I bought Dining Chairs in December 2013 and two of four chairs starts to have cracks within 5 years. In October 2018, the leg was broken suddenly and my husband fell to get almost injured and damaged floor. I’ve already called to the customer service in September however they just forced me to close this defect problem without checking with manufacturer. It is NOT normal TWO of four chairs are broken within 5 years. So I went to the Laval store to meet Mr. Tag Onillon as a manager there and he told me they cannot do anything after 1 year. He said it is normal after almost 5 years the chairs are broken. I’ve never seen the 50% of my purchase of chairs are broken within 5 years in my life even though I paid $250 per chair. It means they know they are selling bad quality products and they won’t do anything about defective products. I will need to call protection de consommateur If it is really normal since they won’t do anything. I just want to share this bad service and products to people to avoid to purchase there near future because I don’t want you to have same experience even though we paid a lot there.
