They have very nice things for home and garden. A bit pricey but beautiful. They have unique little things like mini cheese boards and a special chalk to write on it. Beautiful patio sets and cheese platters.

I generally like Crate and Barrel stuff. They’re stylish and they carry a good collection of stuff. A little bit over priced. This store is as big as American locations however they don’t have the furniture in stock and you have to wait a few weeks for the item to be shipped from NJ. The fact that some items don’t have a price tag is kinda annoying since their staff most of the times don’t even bother to offer their help.

I think that people easily complain but rarely praise. My experience in this store has been amazing. A sales person spent a lot of time with me helping me choose furniture. I ordered a set of beautiful dishes as well and I am very satisfied with the service and the quality of the products. One cannot give a one star rating and state that the merchandise is too expensive for them. You pay for quality or you shop at a store that sells less expensive and inferior quality merchandise. The sales lady I have dealt with twice on line (a Moroccan lady) is VERY warm, friendly and helpful. She makes you want to return to shop at this store.

Worst shopping experience ever!! The furniture is average level but with high price. Most importantly the after-sale service is horrible, sales are very nice and helped a lot with consulting and shopping. But customer service is what really shows the quality of service and how they treat the customers. When I try to return a $3000 sofa, the manager dragged on for 3 weeks, rejected my request and refused to communicate.1 month later, instead of getting my money back I ended up with a gift card. And i was kind of forced to buy my furniture in Crate&Barrel.
