NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! In my 10 plus years in customer service I have NEVER been this mistreated in my life. NONE and I mean NONE of the promises made were accomplished. They made me take 3 different days off of work to receive my couch. Then, when I called to let them know the washer I paid 50$ extra to be installed by them was leaking, they told me they would call me back in 7 days. THEY NEVER DID. Not only that, when I called they told me they would call me back the next day....then the next day I called they said it would be the following day....AND AGAIN. COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!!! I was supposed to receive a 150$ gas gift card with my purchases, and they decided they weren't giving it anymore that they would apply it on the amount with no notification. And when I told them I would prefer the gift card they promised, I was told it would not be possible. I literally just spent around 7000$ there, and this is what I get for it.

I saw a lot of beautiful items that really caught my interest. I was shopping last night to buy a bedroom set for both my children. I set out to purchase what would have been several thousand dollars worth of merchandise up front. The salesman was rude, unkind, I spoke to him and french but let him know that my partner was new from Newfoundland and wouldn't understand. He refused to look at him or speak english at all. He told me if I didn't get entire sets he couldn't help me on price, even though I let him know that my kids have large rooms and large closets and are not in need of two dressers each etc.. He just walked away and made no attempt at being kind or helpful. Terrible service. There are at least 5 other furniture stores around this one and I'd recommend you choose literally any other one than this one. I left feeling really sad and judged and looked down upon. People do business with People, not companies. It would be good to remember that.

Old styles. Overpriced for the quality of furniture. However a good place to purchase appliances. The white glove service is nice and so is free delivery.

Not a big fan of this business. Friendly and helpful salesman. However, there is always a catch. First of all, do not ever feel compelled to jump on a sale. You can always leave a deposit to reserve the sale outside of sale period . The rules on financing are not very clear. There is no document where it is listed. Everything is something that the salesman is supposed to tell you about. When it comes time for payment… You will need to be approved by Desjardins or hold a visa card with them. You cannot finance with any other credit card than this one. This is something that you will only learn at the end of your transaction. If you can avoid financing with them… Pay for your items and forget doing long-term business with them… What a headache.

Worst furniture company ever. You guys have no respect for your client. Poor supply chain management and customer service. I am waiting for my bed, already 1.5 month passed and still no light. Guys, be aware....
