Good prices. Nice furniture. They have promos few times/year when they pay taxes.

Nice furniture different from its competition. Reasonable prices. I hope they last longer that The Brick or Brault et Martineau furniture. The staff is very friendly but not pushy which is epic! I will go back when I am ready to purchase my sectional.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I made a purchase on the 22nd of June. Today is the 16th of September and still my delivery is not complete. 1.They took my phone number and address wrong. Had the company that financed my purchase to send my credit card and invoice to my nosey neighbor. (Who opened the mail? 2. They never called me to work out a time of delivery with me. Even after I had them correct the phone number and address on my file. 3. Furniture came in defective. One box so badly beaten that the delivery guys refused to carry it upstairs. Needless to say that even what was in the perfect boxes were also defective. 4. I was told that a new one was ordered and would be delivered on a certain day. Still they did not call to arrange a time. I paid someone to wait home that day. Only to find out that the new furniture was also defective. 5. I went to the store and spoke to Alfredo, who is quite rude and unprofessional. He kept saying that there's nothing he can do and I should speak to the manager. Ok. He also did order another one and gave me the delivery day. I asked him if he could tell me what time the delivery would be? He assured me that I would receive a call 24 hours before delivery to confirm. Hahahaha 6. The day of the supposed delivery I took the initiative to call and ask what time is my delivery. A lady told me that it was at 7pm. I asked her to confirm and she assured me that it was at 7pm. Ok. 7. At 2pm that day I received a call from the delivery guys saying that they're at my place. (Are you kidding me?) I called the store back and to my surprise, this same lady told me that she had never spoken to me. She even went as far as saying that I might have dialed the wrong number. (But why did the person at the wrong number answer the phone saying "Surplus RD Bonjour?"🤔. I then asked her to pass me to Alfredo who said that I never called the store today. 😤 8. I went to the store to show them my call records. That's when I finally met the store manager. She offered me $100 off my purchase. When I told her that this does not even cover the cost of what I've payed someone to wait home for them. Alfredo would then say that this is my problem and I should have scheduled the delivery at a time when I was home. But remember Alfredo, you guys never called me 24 hours before delivery time as you always promised. I've always taken the initiative to call on the day to confirm. 😤.Wow! 9. The store manager said that she would personally unbox the new furniture to ensure that it isn't defective. She would repackage it and personally deliver it to me on the coming Friday at 5pm. Perfect. At 4pm that Friday I received an email from her saying that the new furniture also came in defective 😂 and that she had ordered a new one and she would get back to me as to when she would deliver it. 10. After waiting a couple of weeks and not hearing from her, I emailed her to find out what was going on. She told me that she did receive the furniture but was so busy that she did not get a chance to check if it was defective or not. She said that she would do that the following day and get back to me ASAP. 11. 6 days later I went into the store cause I hadn't gotten any word from her. She is inviting me to the back to unbox the new furniture with her to see if it is ok. At that point I was done. I told her that I no longer wanted to deal with them and wanted a refund. Quite unprofessional. Such a waste of time. I bought a Bed and a Commode. (DRAWER SET) I canceled the drawer set and I'm still waiting for them to replace the 2 defective pieces for the bed. It supposedly should be delivered on the 19th. I'm almost sure as the pattern has been, that they won't call me the day before to confirm. But, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and see what happens.

Just forget about it . Fuhgeddaboudit. Purchase at your own risk , terrible!
