Loved the atmosphere there. Extremely helpful staff. The two staff both named Jean were amazing. Thank you both!

Salesman are very annoying. Keeps tailing you and asking what you're looking for. You tell them that you're just "looking", and they don't like that like that answer. However, the store does have many appliances to display, which is very helpful. Very bad experience, will never put my feet in that store ever again. I prefer buying blind-eye based on internet ratings than having salesman ruining my day.

My go to place for any furniture or appliance - had a great experience each time

Complete disaster. Not only did they attempt delivery to the billing address not the delivery address but what they did deliver was damaged. 45 days later 6 phone calls 9 instore visits later the only thing anyone can tell me is we will call you back . Everytime they say they will call they never do. Pre sales is a reasonable experince. After sales if you have any issues what so ever you are completely screwed. If I knew all the problems I would have I would gladly have paid more to get my appliances from literally anyone else.

Bought a fridge and a lazy boy here. Fridge works great but after 1 year the coils on the lazy boy started poping out. The quality of the couches isn't that great. Also when I bought a fridge the sales person promised me they would take the old one. Delivery came they said they don't pick up old fridges anymore. Went back to store talked to the manager he said the same but after complaining that his sales rep lied to me he told me the next week they will pick the old fridge up for me when they drop off the lazy boy. Next week comes the delivery says sorry we don't pick up old fridges. The delivery guys told me about hydro Quebec taking fridges so i called them and they came. Lie to me once shame on you. Lie to me twice... your never getting business from me again.
