The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They make so many mistakes that cause inconvenience to customers and they still have the nerve to give attitude. Went to complain at the store as they haven't given any updates on an order placed 2.5 months ago. Was very disappointed when a customer service rep told me "we gave you the wrong information , so what?!". Manager just turned around and walked away. When presented an issue, (maybe out of laziness ) they all just say there's nothing they can do and just point fingers. Sales staff are incompetent, Managers are clueless and Customer Service Representatives are very RUDE. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere.

I wonder how I didn't read all these reviews before going to my buy TV at this Bricks branch. To start with I was given a wrong TV, I discovered after 2days took it back and was given the right one. The TV developed fault days later, I called and was referred to the manufacturer who said all that have to do was to give another one....... I called the brick and a lady told me to bring the TV but to my surprise on getting there was told that they did not receive any instruction from the manufacturer and that if only I can tell them who told me to bring it. I was abandoned for minutes and the said that's the protocol. They know nothing about customer relationship all they do is use SELLING CONCEPT(or maybe it's because of the color of my skin). Very arrogant and rude staff except a bald slim gentle man (wish I know his name). They later agreed to changed the TV after I called the manufacturer who wanted to talk to them but they refused. At the end I had to collect my money I hope I never set my feet at Brick again. I wish I can give them no star

The Brick is the furniture store where you will obtain the better service, financing assistance and prices . Not even close. I know what I'm talking about I'm a credit expert. Make sure YOU visit the Brick first at les Galleries d'Anjou before spending your next $5000.00 +

I purchased a bed back in May, paid in FULL, and set a delivery date for June 20th. I was told the bed would be in stock and delivered ( typical lie all salesman say) . On June 20th I was home waiting for my delivery but found it strange no one followed up to confirm the delivery. So I called the store and was transfered to my salesman who told me its backordered and picking a delivery date is just an “Approximate date” as if Im a complete imbecile! He didnt even bother calling me to tell me that I was not getting my delivery that day. I took off from work to be home to accept delivery and assemble the bed. He told me the bed will be back in stock July 12 so I set a new delivery date for July 14. I received no call AGAIN and Im guessing its still backordered and he didnt bother calling me to tell me... AGAIN! Just the most rotten service I have even seen in my life! I moved and had to sell my old bedroom set and ive been sleeping with my matress on floor for weeks . Stay away from this location!!!! Full of Incompetant salesmen and could not care less about customer service. Take all these crappy reviews seriously and go elsewhere.
