I baught a Samsung Front load Washer on site and asked to be delivered and installed in my apartment, and I paid everything. They delivered it and left it outside the washinng room because the existing old washer was not uninstalled yet by me. Knowing that sales people did not inform me that I had to uninstall my old washer, and this is not mentioned in the bill! How should I know? When I called them to complain, they told me that I did not pay for the installation. They did not allow me to report a complaint because they couldn't find my phone number or order ID on their system. I was fighting all the day to move it to the washing room and to install it. Finally, when I started the machine it made a very big noise and vibration and was biting the wall. I started googling and found out that I missed to level it. I don't know how to level it! This is the worst service and Customer service ever. I have a one year warranty but I don't trust it. Buy anywhere else but not this company. This is my point of view.

I would recommend against getting your appliances here. The service was fine and the vendors helpful. However, if you want to be totally dissapointed and spend lots of money on repairs, this is the place! We bought our LG oven 7 months ago. Within the first 3 months, one of the stovetops wouldn't turn off. Luckily we were in the 3 month guarantee period. The repairmen came, fixed the problem and also littered our front yard with the piece that was broken. 5 months ago, our oven stopped heating up. Out of the guarantee window, we had to pay around 200$ for this repair. And now, this morning, the original problem of the stovetop not shutting off is back!! Not against the store itself but buying refurbished appliances is not a good idea. You will end up paying for repairs after repairs and regretting it really fast.
