(Edited below) Similar to what other people already commented. Terrible client service, they will ignore your calls, the delivery of small pieces will take months (not exaggerating), the technician will take more than 3 weeks to come guaranteed (even though they promise you it will take less than 2), etc. Forget about seriousness or professionalism with this company. Edited: You keep pretending you care but again, as many other people said, I already sent an email more than 2 months ago and I got no answer. Same for the calls. You literally answered on google reviews 2 hours after posting, my email is been unanswered for 2 months. Quit pretending.

Very bad services! I bought LG washer and dryer June 30, but delivered July 11 (11 days later); Booked installation is scheduled to July 26 ( two weeks after delivery!). The total waiting time is almost ONE MONTH. So you understand how I am very very disappointed and how I regretted myself for purchase from Leon. It has caused to my family so much inconvenience, particularly this summer time! We need to use the machines every day!!! Very bad experience with LEON Furniture Anjou. I would like to thank Leon reply to my review. But this is a follow-up today (July 26): Thanks for installation guys coming over to stack up the washer and dryer. Then they asked me a pen and wrote down parts to buy: washer hoses, dryer vent dust and claps, and told me they can't finish installation today because of missing those parts. I begged them to come tomorrow and I will buy the parts right away. They insisted that I have to call their company and make another schedule. It drove me crazy again: Why Leon sale representative didn't give me complete instruction including mentioning those parts as a package purchase? lacking proper instruction in Leon sales service caused me extra time wasting. I paid for the products and paid for complete services, why Leon can't make me headache free? Now this is follow-up story on 28, July I called Leon's partner of installation services " Services Comtois" THREE times yesterday to try arranging a schedule to complete the installation job, but I failed in reaching them. They never replied my voice message too. Eventually I had to do the installation job myself: moving the heavy machines into place, removing shipping rods, connecting electrical cords, water hoses and vent dust, leveling legs of the machines. This is absolutely ridiculous that I got to do the installation job myself but I paid them $180 for this job beforehand!!! Plus, I wrote to Leon TWO complaint emails, but they never contacted me as they promised here in their reply to my review.

Surprise...We both liked the atmosphere, presentation and salesforce that didn't stick to us. We purchased, not big but , happy about it. Claude

make sure you negotiate your big price purchase before buying. They will tell you all about their honest price policy and 60 day price match policy to discourage you from negotiating price. On a 3000$ purchase I tried to get a 100$ price match on one of my items and was given a total of 3 different reasons to not do it. Worst is that when I called them out on their made up rules they said I don’t know anything cause I don’t work at Leon’s! I wrote to the customer service email on their website hoping to get help from Leon’s corporate, only got a call back from the store manager making up more excuses to deny me my 100$ price match. Now I know for a fact I’ll furnish the rest of my home somewhere else, and you should too! Very dishonest customer service EDIT AFTER OWNER RESPONSE: Store management will still makeup their own rules regarding price matching and honest pricing policy. I read the terms and conditions on your website before trying to fight the store to get my 100$ price match. Still I wasn't informed enough as I don't work for Leon's (your manager's words not mine...)

I love the set up of the store and the sales people. Prices are right for all budgets
