So I had in my mind that Structube was an expensive store for snobs, but honestly, I don't know why. We were looking for love seats and it's here we found ours at very decent prices. Structube? Really? Then, I spoke to my friends and they all confirm this is THE place for couches! Wow, I wouldn't have guessed and I am happy we tried. Now, dont get me wrong, it still feels a little snobbish, but after visiting a few furniture stores that were basically dumps trying to sell under pressure, it felt refreshing. I felt like I was a guest to their store, not a mark to get money from. The various sales rep really helped me and tried to understand what we were trying to get, but at other stores, you would get stuck with a single rep with the others running away since they wouldn't get a commission! The rest of the furniture (like Kitchen sets) was definitely not our style, but the other people seemed to like them so perhaps it's us... But then again, we came for Love seats not tables so perhaps, like with the love seats, a sales rep would have helped us find the table we might have wanted? We will add Structube to our furniture shopping in the future. Just be careful: parking lot seems always full? Yet, it's big? Maybe Structube IS popular and I was missing out?

This store is massive, well arranged and just a joy to walk through. It's so big I didn't know where to find the sales counter. I was easily able to complete a web order pickup assisted by friendly staff. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

They have nice designs but terrible customer service. After making our purchase of more than 2500$, we set a specific date to pick up the items which was the same as our moving date since we had rented a truck. They assured us that the store will get the items by this date so we planned for everything. But a day before our moving date, we got no updates. After calling, they said that because of a long weekend the items did not deliver! how you did not make it to transport our items within a city when you had more than two weeks?!? the customer service representative talked as if we were guilty of having a plan for our pickup. Instead of compensating with a delivery, she was so rude!!! It seems they have no respect for customer after the item is sold! I hope we won’t have problems with the quality of the items as their customer service is unbearable!!

I order 2 sofas ... they received them and told to pass by a store to pay the balance and fix the delivery.... for delivery, they absolutely cannot call you before coming home.... totally impossible ... in 2019 ! Come on ! Worst... I ordered 2 sofas and they just have one .. as i order on 2 différent locations, NOBODY knows that i ordered 2 of them ! So ! I cancelled ! Nice store, nice staff but poooooorrrrrrr organisation ! Sorry you lost me forever !

Very affordable, competitive price and stylish home furniture. My family is from the community which has only known BMartineau-Brick for decades and scared to step into other furniture store. Purchased few items, had friends visit. When we mentioned that we bought items from Structube, they were like OMG you must have spent a lot. My reaction was, I was like you, one of those who never stepped into this store thinking it must be so expensive. Beside your beautiful collection, I like your employees, they are very humble, no pressure like other big stores.
