UPDATE FOR OWNER RESPONSE: There are only two holes on each leg that fit the brackets, they are on only one side of each leg so it would not be stable, that's why you sent brackets on both sides of each leg. I already sent a photo by email on Friday and a follow up email earlier today as well as a voicemail, yet I have not heard back from anyone. I need this table repaired by the 21st so I can use it for the holidays. Pic is now attached here as well. Would not order from them again. Another customer who received their product shipped (to Ottawa) with quality control issues. The table top was not drilled correctly to match the brackets on the legs. This is a 7 foot very heavy table so I hope they have a furniture tech in the area who can rectify this soon. The table is useless and taking up space until then. They really need better quality control before their items ship. Also, after purchase but prior to delivery, I sent a couple emails and left a voicemail but did not receive a reply for over a week. Finally, would be great if they offered a white glove delivery option for an extra charge, the table was insanely heavy and was very difficult to move ourselves. Might be great to buy in person but have a look at their reviews on Yelp and you'll see numerous issues when items are shipped to other cities.

Good looking but hastily made furniture. Do not buy from here. Zero stars. I bought a sofa from this place in early 2017 and it was a hassle from the get go. Now, less than 2 years later (8 months of which the sofa was in storage), the seams are pulling apart and the once pretty couch now looks beat. Given the hassles I had in even obtaining the sofa after purchase, there’s no way they could honour a warranty in a way that would make it worth dealing them. Here is a summary of my experiences: They said my purchase was in stock and would take 2-3 weeks to ship to my door 3 weeks later I discovered the sofa hadn’t been built yet Before it arrived it went on sale for much less than I paid for, it but they would not honour the sale because I had asked for it one day after their cut off—even though it was over a month behind their stated delivery date. When it finally did arrive, it had been assembled so the tufted upholstery was so tight it was tearing the fabric before it had even been sat on. They shipper they used for delivery was a freight company, meaning the truck had no lift gate and was meant for load docks only. The driver was kind enough to help me lift it off his truck and was surprised his company had been hired for a home delivery. Throughout the whole experience the customer service staff were dismissive, and sometimes flat out rude to me. Despite my calm requests for absolutely anything to be made to make me feel like they cared at all. Fail. One of the saddest purchases I’ve made.

It’s our first time at store and Tavonie, the sales manager, has been very helpful to us. She even helped us carry the heavy wood bench to the same style table across the floor so that we can compare the texture and color. We ended up buying both. We will definitely check back here again if we need more wood furniture.

The product itself is amazing, I recommend going to one of their show room and choosing the table. Where they lost a star is with the customer service which is terrible. If you buy a table there, be ready to wait to get served and don’t listen to their promise... the best you can do for yourself is go there choose a table and pick it up yourself. Don’t expect them to meet any deadlines or call you to notice about any change.

I would NOT recommend to order from online from them. I have received damaged chair on October 11th and they told me they will give me replacement and apparently it’s already shipped on Nov 1st. It will take 14-21 business days for them to ship and it’s been over 21 business days and I haven’t received any updates or the chair. I can’t contact FedEx since I don’t even have my tracking number. I’ve been keep asking them about it but seems like they are not too worried about it or they don’t even care. Poor communication. The worst customer service ever. - Thank you for your reply. But are you sure you are gonna investigate because you were the one who I talked to previously. And I decided to leave a review here because you stopped responding me. -update It’s been 4 days and I have sent him a few messages however no reply or nothing.
