Low quality, terrible customer service and managers. The color on the pictures they advertised is completely different from what I received. Two drawers were broken couldn't fit at all, screws were missing, big ugly labels on visible places glued hard, can't be taken off. Very unprofessional and rude CS and managers. Do not admit their mistake. Terrible experience, poor quality. I will never buy again when I see the name South Shore.

Good god what awful and cheap furniture, bought a kids bed set from Clement because I figured they only sold high end stuff..the piece of junk fell apart slowly of the course of 1 year!..first the bed collapsed, then all the drawers fell apart?..and yes I’m hand and I know how to build furniture..very cheap junk, worth about 80$ and not the almost 400$ I paid.
