I would have to say that the brick was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. We ordered a bed set and mattresses 8 weeks prior to the intended delivery date. To our great dismay, upon returning a call to us 4 days before our delivery, we were informed that the order would not arrive on time and would be delayed until 2 weeks after our original date. After consulting the sales rep, we were assured that it would arrive when we needed it. Suffice it to say, after many phone calls, more than 30 minutes on hold more than once, and promised to be called back â€œsoonâ€ and waiting hours to hear back, our order would not be fulfilled on time. We asked for some way to deal without any mattress for two weeks (my wife is 9 months pregnant), and were offered no more than a voucher for an air mattress. Fine, we accepted it. We cancelled the mattresses and bought new ones elsewhere, and stuck with the set with intended 2 day later delivery. I took off work accordingly for the delivery, which was scheduled for the afternoon to not miss a full day at work. The day before, I got a call that the delivery would be in the morning, not the afternoon. After 3 calls and promises to be called back, and 40 minutes on hold, I received â€œyes, itâ€™ll be there in the afternoonâ€. As Iâ€™m heading to work the next morning, I get a call that the truck is at my house. I head back home and miss an entire day of work. No one has apologized. No one has compensated. All we got was no promise kept and wasted time. Donâ€™t waste your time or money at the brick.

Never go there, worst customer service ever seen...!!!!! everything is perfect till you buy and sign the documents, after that surprises come one after another.. delivery date come . oh missing half of ordered furniture you call them Sorry some furniture are back order until 6 months from now (do you want to wait or) .... OK lets find something else no problem, order something else make arrangement for delivery date ...!!! Again Surprise , not all parts in , you have to call again . sorry the rest we will have it in our warehouse after But you have to go pick it up yourself ( as they said they will not pay for the delivery 3 times ).. It's not my fault that you missed up the order 2 times .. so i have to rent a truck to be able to pick up big box far away from my home to resolve the issue. WHAT A CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONS THEY ARE ASKING FOR. I will never ever buy anything from them.

I bought sofa and bedroom set for my little daughter from this store around end of April.the salesman promised me to send everything on May 07.later I was told from customer services that I will receive in two parts until 07 of June .I accepted and they send me sofa and mirror of bedroom set in one part on 25 of May and other parts of bedroom set on 07 of June.but,when I want to connect mirror to dresser I found two pieces of wood that use to attach mirror to dresser aren't on the box.I called them several times, but nobody answered me.finally, I went to store and one of the customer services wrote a note in my file and tell me that We will call you tomorrow to send you missing item.also one of their manager gave me two pieces of supporter wood in different color(my dresser and mirror are withe and he gave me brown one !!!!!). he told me go and buy screws and install easily. I went to Reno depot and bought screws but he had gave me a wrong item and the holes were not match on dresser and supporter.I called them several times and each time I was more than 30 minutes waiting to talk with them.each time they promised me to call me back one hour later, two hour later,on same day and ..., But nobody called me back.I have been waiting for them more than one week.I spend a lot of time,I got angry several times,The bedroom set is incomplete yet and my little daughter is upset and tells me I don't want them anymore. I will never buy from this store any more.They will tell you all the possible lies to make a sale,not at all responsive and have very rude customer service.Take your money elsewhere and do not deal with this store. I think even a star has a lot for their customer service and support.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! DO NOT BUY THERE... they only seek to make the sale regardless of the needs of the customers. I bought all my appliances more than 15 days ago, confirming the date of shipment for June 29, day in which they never sent anything, or called me to inform me of any changes, after hours of attempts to communicate with them they inform me that they changed the delivery date for July 20, a month and a half later than expected, which means that they sold the items without taking into account the amounts they had, I had to throw the food away because they never sent me the fridge, and according to them it is not the fault of the customer service or the seller, what kind of company offers this type of service! NOT RECOMMENDED IN THE ABSOLUTE

Worst customer service ever. They don't have a clue how to deal with customers, they are rude, and they make plenty of mistakes. I have paid the whole amount of an order. Few days later, they sent half of the items, claiming that payment was missing, although I insisted everything was debited from my credit card. I had to go in person, lose half day of work and once there, they said they made a mistake. Definitely, I don't recommend this place.
