This is the place to be for quality and service. Having had an Ashley couch for over 15 years we decided to check out this new store in Saint-Leonard. When we walked in we were given the liberty to look around. When we were ready to talk we were welcomed by and given amazing information and service by Simon. Seriously - walk in and ask for Simon! Professional, personable, polite, knowledgeable and best of all not a high pressure salesman. We left that night having found what we wanted and decided to check out the competition. Not the same shopping experience or quality or price! I highly recommend this store as the quality and service is superb. The delivery and installation is 'white glove' and the gentlemen who delivered work FOR Ashley. They were extremely careful with the unpacking and left the room with everything every little bit of packing material they came in with. You don't buy furniture everyday, so you might as well do it once and do it right. Go see Simon.

I went to this place because I was tired of all these other places that sold you garbage made pressed wood furniture from China. I have to say a special thanks to Simon (sales guy) as he explained the process, the length of delivery, the quality of the sectional I was purchasing and I must say that all of it was on the nose with no disappointment and as promised here is my review. Great quality furniture & service.

Quelle mauvaise expérience je suis en train de vivre avec le service après-vente ! J'ai acheté le set de chambre Prentice de chez Ashley Montréal pour 3100$ le 16/02 et je l'ai reçu le vendredi 08/03, puis j'ai remarqué qu'une table de chevet avait le coin bas brisé et c'est ainsi que ma Saga avec le service après-vente commence. J' ai contacté Ashley le 11/08 et je leur ai envoyé par courriel les photos et une vidéo qui montre le bris puis Mlle Émilie du service Après-vente me recontacte le 14/03 pour me dire qu'elle a transmis le cas à son ébéniste et il dit qu'il va pouvoir faire la réparation de ma table de chevet sinon ils vont voir pour me l'échanger et que je dois juste attendre qu'ont me rappelle pour un RDV. Passé 8 jours sans nouvelles je décide d'appeler Mlle Émilie le 22/03 mais sans réponse alors je laisse un message vocal et encore passé 5 jours sans retour d'appel je réessaye le 27/03 et par chance Mlle Émilie me répond pour me dire que sa directrice était en congé maladie c'est pour cela qu'elle ne m'a pas rappelé ( Désolé mais je ne vois pas en quoi cela t’empêche de rappeler ton client pour lui donner des nouvelles), alors furieux, je lui demande de m'échanger ma table de chevet par une neuve car la réparation va surement laisser des traces de colmatage, elle me dit qu'elle va voir avec sa directrice et me rappeler, puis elle me rappelle pour me dire qu'après validation avec sa directrice on me donne 2 choix: soit je garde la table de chevet comme tel ou j'accepte la réparationde son ébéniste ( Wow, sans commentaire). Alors Mlle Émilie me promet que son ébéniste va me rappeler le plus rapidement possible ( et dire qu'elle a honoré ses précédentes promesses de rappel) et que je dois patienter. Merci Ashley Meuble pour votre bon service et je vais attendre pour voir comment va se terminer cette mauvaise histoire. à suivre ...
