Don't ever buy from them.. I bought a fridge from them, 6 months later the freezer started not to freeze anymore. The technician came and added freon and said it was air in the system. Then six months later, 2 weeks before the warranty ended it happened again, a technician came again and again just put freon in the system. I told him there's a leak for sure in the system added just freon won't fix it, he said arrange with the company if it happens again. Will guess what it happened again 2 months later, I called argued with them and they told me to come in the next day, I go and they offer me a $100 rebate off fridges that were extremely dirty, I opened a door and fruit flies swarm out. In the end I told them to stick the $100 rebate up their a** and bought a fridge somewhere else..

I was delivered a washer & dryer after waiting several hours. When calling to inquire on when they would be coming, that I was waiting in an empty apartment, I was abruptly answered that I was not the only and that some people wait the whole day, sometimes until midnight. The answer from their leader (Anouar) is always: We are busy. The furniture were dirty even though the store manager promised to have them clean. But that's ok. After numerous calls and emails, I had to go to their store twice to be refunded the fridge that I initially purchased but then cancelled, and at the same time, I also had to insist to have the washer tube that's supposed to go with it. Then that Anouar committed to come and install it for me but stood me up. When I dared to complain about it, he just yelled to install it myself and then hung up. I told the store manager about this behaviour and he said: ''I was not there during your conversation''. With them, you just have to wait and shut up. 3rd word service I tell you. The good thing is that I learned how to plug a washer and dryer by myself right away. BTW, don't deal with them. Plus, the price is just average for used furniture. Follow-up: Their repair technician is just as rude.

Worst customer service experience of my life. The owner gave me his cell phone number to help me with a glass top stove that had a crack underneath the glass that I was told I had a 1 year warranty for, but ignored my calls for months and months on end and continually yelled at me on the phone for no reason. There was excuse after excuse made up about why I shouldn't get a new stove (apparently the crack was not something fixable) - "it was my fault the glass was cracked" (I'm not sure how anything I could have done would have cracked underneath the glass), "they dont cover glass top stove warranties for a year" (when i bought it, I was told I had a year warranty on it), "it's been a year now" (i had been calling the owner for 6 months and he kept ignoring my calls on and off and then getting mad at me for calling so many times). Basically, they just lie about giving buyers warranty on their items, you buy it and when it breaks (which it seems like from other reviews, happens all the time), they do not help actually fix or replace their broken appliances. The owner of this store is the rudest man I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my life who has given me 6+ months of stress, a broken stove, and wasted countless hours of my time.
