J'ai attendu 4 mois pour une job qui devait prendre 3-4 semaines, d'après l'estimation initiale du propriétaire. Pour récupérer mon meuble, j'ai dû téléphoner une bonne douzaine de fois à l'atelier, m’obstiner et en dernier recours, j'ai dû menacer de porter plainte à la police pour vol ( car le propriétaire avait disparu avec mon dépôt et mon meuble) et c'est juste à ce moment là que j'ai eu droit à un retour d'appel. À chaque fois que je me rendais à l'atelier, celui-ci était fermé 75% du temps, mes appels n'étaient pas retournés, et quand je réussissais à parler au téléphone avec le proprio, un paquet d'excuses et de mensonges à chaque fois. UNE GRAVE ERREUR que d'avoir porté mon meuble à cet endroit. J'ai passé un été sans canapé chez moi. Au moment de récupérer le meuble en question, j'ai demandé une baisse de prix en raison de tous les inconvénients... et non ! Proprio semble penser que c'est super normal comme situation.
