Ordered the replace canopy 10 x 12 over the phone, and received it within 3 business days. Everything went smooth. If people want to hear about the complaint...Then the fabric seems getting thinner. It used to last 4-5 years. The previous one lasted 3 years. New one seems thinner as well.

Terrible service! Firstly, panels broke within 1 year. Called "support" - wrong information, incomplete information. Told me to order online. Ordered complet set at $$$ only to have wrong pieces. Terrible packaging means damaged pieces. Told that returns was at my expense. Personally went to warehouse where I was told I could only ship them back - not return them?!? Called me a liar! Booo!

Customer service sucks..We have the Leman 10x12 really nice however we have been trying g to order a replacement top for 2 months. We have sent emails and tried to call. With no answers. The online replacement parts redirects you to another party. Their site will not allow you to search or order parts. Waste of money buying here if you need assistance or parts well your better off going to Canadian Tire, Home Depot or Lows were the CS is better and you can actually get replacement parts. If you like to wast money and have to buy a new gazebo every time you need a new top this is he place for you.
