Ok not the best review. This place started out great. We got answers for the pool we were promised someone would come to our home and inspect damaged to the pool.this was to be an independent contractor. That same day we had an employee of the same store not an independent come to our home. We were delighted that things were going so smoothly. We did pay $ 150.00 for the inspection. 3 weeks go by not a word of a quote. I forget if it was 1 or 2 weeks more before the wife and I made our way to the store. The person we felt with walked right by us and ignored us. He finished with another customer and was going to yet another person when we finally said we were there first and could we get so.e service. I could go on and on but we finally called and requested to get our money back which we did 5 stars there.

Our family has bought several products and Club Piscine including a pool, hot tub and patio furniture. We've always received great service. We recently had a problem with our pumping system because of air intake... called the store. They sent their technician Eric who fixed it all up for us in a very timely manner. Excellent service once again. Thank you Club Piscine!

Very friendly, approachable staff, lots of products and if they don't have the part you need they'll order it for you. Only issue with Club Piscine is having to pay a huge premium on select products. In my case 50$ for a filter I can get on Amazon for 30$

Had to replace an above ground pool wall and liner, and despite the fact it was busy owing to it being the start of the season, our parts were ordered and installed in a most timely manner. Had gotten other quotes for the job and CP came in the best.

Jean and his staff are amazing , always the best service ever . Never a problem they couldn’t solve and always go over the top to help you when you need a part ASAP . I can’t say enough how nice it is to still find such amazing service these days . Don’t hesitate visit them with any problem They will fix it . Thanks jean and to your staff . Your the best
